all about the webmaster!

Where to start? Well, I am from Australia and i have lived here for all 19 years of my life! My main hobbies include drawing and animating, both of which i'm much better at doing digitally rather than traditionally (but i still like to mess around with traditional mediums whenever i get bored of using Krita). I also really like to code! I have only started properly learning html/css this year after having been wanting to learn since around 2020. i've always been very inspired by late 90s/early 2000s geocities to start learning. That type of web design really captivating so i tried to carry it over onto this site, though i probably have gone a little overboard on some pages :-)

As i mentioned a few words before, i really really like to draw!! i've been drawing for as long as i could hold a pencil, and i've been animating since i was around 13/14. I mainly draw fanart but i do have a handful of original characters and worlds that i like to draw. For the longest time, i used firealpaca and windows movie maker to animate, but i have since moved all of my animating to Krita, which is a big upgrade for me personally because it means i get to use all of my fun textured brushes.

i also really, really, REALLY like video games!! both collecting them and making them, though the only video-game-making experience i have is on ROBLOX. when it comes to collecting, i love games from the gamecube, wii, xbox360, gameboy and (3)DS. I'm also a huge fan of early-era computer games. you can learn all about my very small and lame collection here. I prefer more casual games that let me do (almost) whatever i want but there is a small handful of objective-based games that i like too. Specific games i play/like includes
- ROBLOX
- minecraft
- garrys mod
- plants vs zombies (+garden warfare)
- luigis mansion
- animal crossing gamecube/wild world/new leaf
- terraria
- goat simulator
- tomodachi life: living the dream
- FNAF (the second game is my favorite)
- almost any mario game actually

Some other stuff i really enjoy doing consists of watching youtubers (mainly commentary or gameplays), watching television, listening to music and reading! Right now, i'm super into the shows Malcolm in The Middle and Moral Orel, both incredible series that i highly reccomend if you haven't watched them. i grew up watching Malcolm in The Middle and i've consistently loved it ever since, but i've only recently gotten back into Moral Orel. I also really like to make things out of cardboard and i've been learning how to sew so i can make plushies myself.

My second favorite aesthetic, next to the old web, is medieval fantasy! I love generic dragons and wizards SO MUCH. i remember watching my brother play a lot of wizard101 and i read so much of the wings of fire series growing up. One of my favorite ROBLOX games as a kid was Kingdom Life 2, which was a roleplay game where you could fulfil a bunch of different generic fantasy roles, including creatures, and that fostered my love for the aesthetic even more. I've always dreamed of going to a ren faire.

I like to read as i mentioned above and while i do read a lot of physical books, a lot of my love for reading comes from reading pieces made by people online! Classic creepypasta (horror stories) are some of my first picks for whenever i have an itch to read something. My favorite creepypastas are ben drowned and smile dog, two stories that i like to revisit occasionally. When it comes to physical books, i still like to reread the scrappy books i've kept from my childhood, all of which are fiction, but i've since gathered a collection of nonfiction books that i enjoy going through as well. I have one about astronomy, another about cameras published in 1901, another about the making of the 1965 beatles cartoon and one on how to use the internet published in 1999, i believe. Those are some of my favorites.

Another thing i love is robots and animatronics! the rockafire explosion is one of my favorite examples. Have you ever seen those things perform while stripped to just their mechs? it's so cool!!! FNAF was the thing to help jumpstart my fixation with animatronics back in 2014/2015 when i was around 7-8 years old, but i also really like cartoony-looking robots, especially the wind up tin toy ones. they're so fun, i'd love to have one.

I have two dogs! They are both maltese terriers, A tricolored black, white and "orange" one and a pure white one! The black one is named Amelia and the white one is named Nulla. My family got them both from the same neighbor around 10 years apart. they didn't seem to like these dogs very much but they're in a much safer and happier now.

We got Amelia first when i was around 5 or 6 years old, and we got Nulla when i was 16. They don't really play with eachother, in fact i don't even think they know that they're related!!!! Amelia is Nullas mother. Amelia is nearing 13 or 14 years old now and Nulla might be 8 years old... We aren't actually sure, the neighbors that sold us her never told us. Despite being relatively old dogs, they're both still super active, especially Amelia. It's actually a little impressive, i dunno how she does it. She'll run and hunt lizards for hours without a sweat sometimes. Nulla, on the other hand, is a lot more laid back and prefers to just watch Amelia have fun, but she still gets her bursts of energy that can last quite a while. Her zooms are a lot less common than Amelias, though. I love them both so much. Amelia is right next to me as i type this, sleeping away on the blanket you see in the photo below. If you want, you can see more photos of them here!

although i mentioned enjoying listening to music, my music taste is honestly quite lame... i mainly just listen to listen to a handful of video game OSTs (stuff from mario games, minecraft, animal crossing and terraria being my main picks.) there's a few songs that have been in ROBLOX games that i also quite like. Anything ambient or instrumental. besides that, i don't really have any specific artists that i often come back to for more than one song... besides... well...

...

Besides The Beatles.

I Love, love, LOVE The Beatles. They are my absolute favorite band. You don't actually know me if you don't know how much i love The Beatles. My Favorite beatle is Ringo and my favorite albums are both "A Hard Days Night" and "With The Beatles", but i love any and all of their early stuff really. You'd think i'd have more stuff of them by now, but this is all i got. Beatles stuff is REALLY expensive, but i make up for it by drawing them all the time. In fact, i've probably drawn them about 1000 times by now. Maybe even more!!!

(I took these photos a while ago. You'll notice one beatle is missing from the figurines. it's George. I haven't been able to get him yet :-( ...)

I got into their music back in 2023 and i have been obssessed ever since. I got into them after an old friend reccomended them to me, i watched a couple of interviews that they had reccomended i look at and that truly cemented it in my brain that this stupid band would be my special interest forever. I love drawing fanart for their 1965 cartoon and posting it online to an audience of 1000+ or so lovely people as i've always found those designs really charming and fun to draw.
